Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to support our afternoon shift team at our Derrimut warehouse operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all operational tasks are completed within required time frames.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading Safety Standards: Ensure the team adheres to safety standards and complies with COR requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team, including loading and unloading operations using forklifts.
  • Inventory Management: Carry out receipting, inventory, and stock control of a range of consumer products.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist with stock discrepancies and investigations as required.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Forklift license, manual handling experience, and a strong desire to progress your career in logistics.
  • Personal Qualities: Commitment to safe working practices, ability to lead and develop a team, and a self-starter attitude.
