About the Role

We seek an experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane area.

The ideal candidate will assist with general handyman and property maintenance tasks across 26 properties in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Sourcing materials and coordinating job completion.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating with the maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment.
  • A relevant tertiary certificate in a related field (desirable).
  • Current 'C' class driver's license.
  • Able to hold a Blue Card issued by the Queensland Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian.
  • Able to pass a Suitability Check by the Queensland Department of Child Safety.
