**THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for a** Trainee Property Manager** to join our established Property Management Team, you will be a part of a dynamic team and outstanding culture, working alongside a team of some of the best in the industry who have been with Coronis for over 10 years. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will receive on the job training and be mentored by one of our Best Team Leaders to ensure you succeed and your future in real estate is bright. The smaller portfolio of 120 properties will be looked after by you with the support of a wonderful experienced team to ensure all customers’ needs are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominately focused on our clients and with industry-leading tech and amazing support structures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- All daily end to end portfolio management, including arrears,
- Meeting clients, building strong relationships,
- Become the knowledge and expert in your field,
- Entries and exits,
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen,
- Maintenance / routine inspections.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience is not necessary.
- Successfully completed Queensland Real Estate Registration,
- Own a reliable car and have current driver’s license.
- A self-starting attitude, and be an ambitious team player.
