Join us as a Food Service Specialist in our luxurious First Class Lounge.

Clear tables and maintain a clean environment to provide an exceptional service experience for our discerning guests.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask with ease.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating memorable service experiences for our guests
  • Clearing tables and maintaining a clean environment
  • Ensuring smooth and safe delivery of beverages and food
  • Loading and unloading service trolleys with glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
  • Working closely with multiple departments, including front of house, culinary and stores teams
  • Representing the iconic Qantas Brand with impeccable presentation
  • Maintaining standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

Ideal applicants will have full flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends.

Required qualifications include:

  • A friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • Confidence in liaising with internal and external clients
  • A high standard of grooming and personal presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

This role is under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Federal Police check at their own cost.
