Senior Leadership Role

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position that offers the opportunity to influence technical risk management and drive continuous improvement across multiple sectors and geographies.

  • Lead governance and assurance activities, ensuring our engineering processes meet the highest standards across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling global engineering and technical governance and assurance (TG&A) activities
  • Managing assurance of the independent technical authority (ITA) framework and global engineering framework (GEF)

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Alerting engineering integrity team members to changes in TG&A activity scheduling
  • Leading the development, scheduling, and record-keeping of TG&A training programmes

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in engineering management of technical activities
  • Strong understanding of engineering's role across business functions and sectors
  • Proven experience managing engineering programmes

Qualifications:

  • Chartered or professional engineer status with a recognised professional body
