Requirements

  • Certificate 3 in Fitness - A Recognized Qualification in the Fitness Industry
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification - Demonstrated Commitment to Safety and Well-being
  • Working with Children (WWC) Certificate for NSW & VIC or Blue Card for QLD - Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
  • Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) - Verifying Trustworthiness and Integrity

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Farewell to Members and Guests
  • Monitoring Club Access and Maintaining Security
  • Handling Questions and Complaints with Empathy and Resolution
  • Explaining Our Judgement Free Zone Philosophy
  • Answering Calls and Taking Messages with Efficiency
  • Giving Club Tours and Promoting Membership Opportunities
  • Operating POS System and Collecting Balances
  • Scheduling PE Sessions and Managing Resources
  • Maintaining Front Desk and Club Cleanliness
  • Completing Daily Procedures and Walk-arounds
  • Assisting with Housekeeping and Restocking
  • Supporting New Team Members and Fostering a Culture of Collaboration
  • Performing Maintenance on Black Card Spa Facilities
