Customer Service Representative

Join a dynamic team and make a difference in people's lives by delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and guests
  • Monitor club access and respond to member inquiries
  • Ensure the Point-of-Sale system is accurately operated and any past due accounts are collected
  • Organize and maintain the customer service front desk, complete daily cleaning zones, and perform beginning of the day and end of the day procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality and organizational skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • WWC (working with children) certificate/number from NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD
  • National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date
