**Job Role:** Show Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this critical role, supporting all park audio visual requirements and providing quality AV services across both Dreamworld and WhiteWater World.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support audio visual systems including sound desk operation, Artnet DMX control, and lighting programming
  • Troubleshoot electronic equipment to component level
  • Work autonomously, under pressure, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with external event operations, including bump in/out tasks
  • Maintain high standards of communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on safety and service excellence

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Demonstrated industry experience in relevant roles, preferably in Show Technician/Audio Visual
  • Sound technical knowledge across audio visual systems
  • Strong trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills
  • Familiarity with network/IP programming for Bose, Dante, and Mac computer
  • Current open drivers' license (elevated work platform/ forklift license is desirable)

**Working Conditions:**

  • Flexibility with working hours is essential, including weekend, late night work, and public holiday hours
  • Good physical dexterity and ability to perform physically demanding work tasks, including working at heights and with electrical equipment
