About the Role

As our Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and maintain store operations. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring team members meet service standards, and creating memorable experiences.
  • People Management: Supervising, training, coaching, and motivating team members, as well as workforce management and rostering.
  • Finance: Demonstrating a high level of business acumen, understanding budgets, and helping the team achieve targets while minimizing shrinkage.
  • Marketing: Collaborating with head office and center management to promote and advertise products.
  • Presentation: Ensuring the store is visually appealing, utilizing your experience in visual merchandising, and providing direction to staff.
  • Operations: Supervising administrative duties, understanding stock levels, and overseeing maintenance and delivery of Click + Collect KPIs and targets.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-moving business with high volumes and SKUs.
  • In-depth understanding of budgets, targets, and goals to lead your team to success.
  • The ability to motivate, inspire, and engage team members and customers, providing advice and guidance on styling and selling.
  • Experience working in a high-volume stock environment, preferably in a fast-fashion setting.
  • A passion for being a brand ambassador and contributing to the company's growth and success.
