About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Jay Jays in Sydney's Inner West. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities through coaching and developing the team.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a safe working environment for the team and customers.
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store.
  • Manage stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales.
