The Role
You will work as an experienced polyurea coatings applicator on refurbishment projects across the East Coast. You will collaborate closely with the Supervisor and Project Manager to achieve project objectives.
You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement. As a specialist, you will help manage a team of trades and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Certification in PCCP or NACE is preferred
- 5+ years' experience in rehabilitation projects is desirable
- Experience in water/waste water industry
- A thorough understanding of concrete remediation projects is an advantage
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Energy, drive and attention to detail
- Ability to work away from home
- Flexibility
- Emphasis on being respectful, patient, flexible, accountable and focused
