Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a comprehensive QA vision, elevating frameworks, automation, and performance testing to ensure seamless delivery of software products.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering their growth and development to match the ambitions of the organization.
  • Champion a culture of quality across product and engineering, influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is designed, developed, and delivered.
  • Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the software development lifecycle.
