Thomson Reuters is seeking a proactive and energetic individual to take on product development of the legal academic print portfolio. The Publisher reports into the Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) Print team and is responsible for developing academic content. Working with leading legal authors and internal publishing colleagues, the role is critical in delivering Thomson Reuters' market-leading content to the legal academic segment.

About the Role

  • Manage subject matter portfolios and deliver the publishing schedule through effective engagement with Editorial and Production teams.
  • Develop new products and optimize revenue for existing flagship and new content opportunities.
  • Provide direction and have responsibility for the delivery of commercial targets and support broader commercial growth across AEM Print activities.
  • Drive Go-to-Market planning and engagement with Marketing and Sales departments to optimize commercial outcomes for the legal academic portfolio.
  • Build and maintain highly collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with legal academic experts and internal colleagues and broader regional teams.

About You

  • Highly skilled at commercial management and delivery to high growth revenue targets.
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions.
  • Over 5 years' experience working with a range of teams, ideally with legal, publishing, editorial, content and/or operational expertise.
