The role offers hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, working directly with our Head of People and Culture to build skills and expertise.

This fast-paced position involves managing employment contracts, onboarding, and ensuring the integrity of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the Team Member lifecycle
  • Liaise with new hires and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update Team Member records
  • Coordinate compliance requirements
  • Assist in planning and delivering team-building events and initiatives
  • Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of our HRIS

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR administration or a similar coordinator role
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (essential)
  • Proficiency in BambooHR and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word required
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
