We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that involves working on complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in engineering design or project delivery. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engineering aspects of infrastructure projects from design through to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications and plans.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Assist in procurement, contractor management and project documentation.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant Australian Standards and safety regulations.
- Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering design or project delivery, ideally within infrastructure or critical facilities.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Working knowledge of relevant software and design tools.
- Full working rights in Australia.
