Job Description

Oz-Labour-Force is a leading national company specialising in the provision of shipping container goods pack/unpacking crews. We work with some of the biggest and most reputable companies globally, including top-tier Freight forwarding, 3PL companies, serving multiple well known national shops and on-line stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational supervision across multiple sites.
  • Travelling 'site to site' on a daily basis to ensure operational upkeep.
  • On call to assist the Operations Manager in problem solving.
  • Training new staff members on site.
  • Assisting in hand unloading different products in and out of containers.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work autonomously and think strategically.
  • Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and hands on approach.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Forklift license.
  • Experience operating forklift equipment.
  • Reliable transportation.
