Store Environment Specialist

Be part of our proactive services team, ensuring store environments are well maintained and customer experiences are enhanced. You'll work alongside your colleagues to create a clean and safe space for customers and staff.

  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily schedule to maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Assist customers with queries or directions.
About the Role

As a Store Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for completing daily tasks such as sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, and trolley bays. You will also collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas, collaborate with colleagues to meet cleaning objectives, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all store facilities are clean and hygienic.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements

We're seeking motivated individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality results, a love of retail, physical fitness, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift loads between 5-10kgs, and adapt to changing priorities. Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm is also required.
