**Job Overview**

The Transport and Maintenance Officer plays a vital role in providing transport services to clients. This includes transporting clients to GP clinics, specialist appointments, and other medical facilities within the health service district.

This position involves regular maintenance of equipment and plant to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting clients, completing and maintaining transport records, and carrying out basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients to and from appointments and activities
  • Assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Complete and maintain transport records and logbooks
  • Carry out basic maintenance and upkeep of organisational vehicles, equipment, and facilities
  • Support the team with general operational and maintenance tasks as required
