The Centre Manager role is pivotal in our organization, overseeing the overall leadership and management of one of our repair centers. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will provide guidance and motivation to your team, significantly impacting the day-to-day operational running of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition according to AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure the site operates profitably.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
