The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll provide generalist HR support to our practices and employees, working closely with HR Business Partners to drive positive people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Assist with case management, including low-level employee relations matters, grievances, and performance improvement processes.
  • Coordinate and support HR projects, including engagement initiatives, policy updates, and training programs.
  • In partnership with HRBPs, ensure compliance with workplace laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Ownership of our Human Resource Information System, ensuring timely updates and clean data.
About You
  • 3–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, professional services, tech, or multi-site environments is a plus.
