- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload appropriately.
- Ability to work within a team and under pressure.

- Exceptional knowledge and application of customer service principles.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
- National Police Check certificate – No older than 3 months on application.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health fund agreements.
- Knowledge and understanding of Patient Management Systems including WebPAS and Blue Chip.
- Experience and ability to work and interact with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
