Graduate Web Developer and SEO Specialist Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving digital performance through search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and implementation, as well as web development, optimization, and maintenance.

  • Deliver client websites, SEO strategies, technical SEO, and website health
  • Drive growth outcomes for clients and the organization
  • Collaborate with the manager and agency team to understand priorities, resources, and dependencies

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with passion and experience in web development, SEO, and digital marketing. They should be familiar with SEO and AEO protocols, data-driven with a good understanding of Google Analytics implementation and analysis, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain website health and performance
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing websites and digital content
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in web development, SEO, and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO protocols
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics implementation and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
