About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team and contribute to the strategic development and growth of our business. As part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating our solutions into our customers' environments and information management landscapes.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert guidance and solution design, working closely with customers to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions. You will also be involved in pre-sales activities, offering solutions, providing estimates, and assisting with demonstrations and proposals. Additionally, you will participate in product management activities, contributing your expertise to solution design and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer requirements and develop targeted solutions using knowledge of customer domains and Comply365 solutions.
  • Drive system setup and configuration for Comply365 solution implementation projects.
  • Develop and conduct training on Comply365 solutions both internally and as part of implementation projects.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
  • Participate in commercial and customer success activities, helping define scope and estimates for projects.
  • Contribute to product management activities, providing input to solution design.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in technical consulting and software development lifecycle.
  • Proven sector domain experience in aviation, railway, and/or defence.
  • Expertise in operational content management and/or safety management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex problems using data.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think innovatively and creatively.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Self-starting, ambitious, and tenacious.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability and desire to travel internationally.
