As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will be responsible for leading our service department at our Ballarat branch.

About the Role:

The Service Manager will oversee the development, communication, enforcement, and monitoring of effective service processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual goals and budgets in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Schedule jobs and work areas according to employee skills and knowledge.
  • Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
  • Ensure all departmental tools and equipment are in good working order.
  • Lead recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge.
  • Operations experience (desirable).
  • Leadership experience (desirable).
  • Highly motivated to provide a clean and efficient service environment.
