About the Role

This role involves working within the COE model scheduler position for field support, and scope alignment for optimum resource and production availability based at our Brisbane office.

Ad-hoc travel is expected. The role requires building and disseminating schedules in line with business cadence/timelines and achieving optimal serviceability of plant & equipment to ensure reliable operation in the most economical and cost-effective manner.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Building and disseminating the schedules in line with business cadence/timelines.
  • Achieving optimal serviceability of plant & equipment to ensure reliable operation in the most economical and cost-effective manner.
  • Achieving optimal resource utilisation via loading to agreed values and geographical campaigns.
  • Chairing schedule review and close out meetings with stakeholders.
  • Engaging with specialist technical support within internal teams, external teams, and contractors.
  • Delivering continuous improvement and standardization opportunities across the onshore maintenance strategies.
  • Managing schedule compliance, PM, CM, and backlog in line with OE framework.

Role Specific Accountabilities

  • EHS: Upholding and ensuring compliance with EHS standards for performance and behaviour (Santos Safety Lifesavers).
  • Leadership: Coaching and developing the team to optimise performance and commitment to core KPIs.
