About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the operational management and delivery of assessment events, including NAPLAN, NAP Sample Assessment, and ACARA Research events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership to a team of professionals in operational support and project management
  2. Manage operational work streams for the successful delivery of National Assessment Program (NAP) events
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of NAPLAN events
  4. Servicing as a key point of contact to stakeholders for operational activities within the scope of NAPLAN
  5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities

You Will Need:

  • Strong leadership skills in team building, task allocation, prioritization, and risk management
  • Expertise in operational processes and governance
  • Significant experience in project management working in online environments
  • Confident communication skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • High-level organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex tasks concurrently under strict deadlines
