Job Title: Care and Support Assistant

We are seeking dedicated individuals to work with our private clients who require additional support in their daily lives.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Providing personal care assistance, including showering, toileting, and feeding.
  2. Manual handling of clients to and from bed, shower, or commode.
  3. Offering companionship and social support to enhance the client's quality of life.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  1. Previous experience working with complex needs is highly valued.
  2. A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field is essential.
  3. You must be available during the week (morning and afternoon shifts) and on weekends.
  4. Covid-19 vaccination is recommended but not mandatory for employment.
  5. You will be required to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check as part of the hiring process.
