Job Description

The Financial Crime Analyst will play a critical role in preventing, detecting, and investigating fraudulent activities impacting our customers.

This involves working closely with customers who have been impacted by fraud, gathering information using various investigation techniques in an efficient and effective manner.

The Analyst will maintain a strong focus on identifying and reporting fraudulent activity across all products and services, ensuring losses are minimised through prompt detection and recovery actions.

Conducting comprehensive and detailed investigations in accordance with processes and reporting requirements is essential to success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preventing and detecting fraudulent activities
  • Investigating fraudulent incidents
  • Maintaining a strong focus on identifying and reporting fraudulent activity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years' experience in the financial services industry or a similar role, demonstrable experience in criminal investigation techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
