Primary School Educator Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our primary school program.

The successful candidate will have a natural leadership style, be able to create engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community. They will also be responsible for managing service compliance and medical documentation.

  • Lead a team of educators in creating a safe, fun, and compliant program plan that engages activities, supervises children, and builds strong relationships with the school and community.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with the school staff, parents, and local community.
  • Provide creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Manage and roster a passionate team of educators.
  • Ensure service compliance and manage medical documentation.
Requirements
  • A relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it as per ACECQA standards).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
  • A natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains enthusiastic.
  • Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
