Job Title: Personal Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide tailored care and support to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, grooming, and toileting
  • Engaging residents in activities that promote their well-being
  • Supporting residents with varying levels of dementia
  • Recognising and responding to changes in residents' conditions within your skills and competencies

Requirements for this role include:

  • A genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative, while valuing teamwork
  • Knowledge and experience in caring for people living with dementia and their needs
  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care is highly regarded
