Job Description

As a Senior Contracts Administrator at Multiplex, you will be responsible for the procurement of labour and sub-contractor services, focusing on cash flow management, profit maximization, and financial reporting. This dynamic role requires exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to administer head contracts, manage variations, and provide financial insights. Your expertise in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and Tender Processes will be invaluable in driving business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in senior commercial roles within the construction industry
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
