We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender/Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Joondalup Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional.

The Alcove Restaurant features a modern contemporary menu that showcases local dishes following the West Australian seasons. Our playful wine and cocktail list will take your dining experience to the next level. Pair your meal with a carefully selected wine or try one of our delicious cocktails.

Banquet/Events operation consist of eight fully equipped function rooms, including our state-of-the-art Lakeview Function Centre which seats 450 people and has unrivalled views of the golf course - perfect for any large event. Our Banqueting team is responsible for all functions and events including setting up, packing down and delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or food and beverage attendant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments
