Assistant Department Managers play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and team engagement, maintaining a safe work environment, supporting department operations, and developing leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide outstanding service through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following correct processes and procedures.
  • Support department operations to provide great support to the department team and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and develop your leadership style and skills through growth opportunities.
