Join us as a Community Sales Associate and help future residents feel right at home in our expanding Plantations Community in Woolgoolga, NSW. From prepping display homes to connecting with clients, you'll play a key role in creating meaningful moments, all while enjoying the laid-back charm of beachside living.

• Making calls; lots of them You'll spend most of your day connecting with potential residents, following up leads, and keeping conversations flowing
• Supporting with tasks, meetings, and updates
• Keeping display homes and the sales office looking warm and welcoming
• Staying organised in the CRM to track every interaction and follow-up
• Preparing brochure packs and lending a hand with community events

• Previous sales experience and a love for being on the phone, chatting with leads, building relationships, and closing deals
• Confident with tech, especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems (if you're keen to learn, we'll teach you)
• A natural people person who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Professional, proactive and polished, with strong communication and listening skills
• Current 'C' class driver's licence
