We are looking for a seasoned Data Administrator to join our Commercial Operations Team at ARN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing commercial bookings and revisions to maximise revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires close collaboration with the Radio, Digital, and Revenue & Yield teams to drive revenue growth and maintain product quality.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate advertiser and account files within our systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

A key aspect of this position is monitoring inventory levels across all stations and platforms, working with the Radio and Digital teams to address any inventory discrepancies.

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Ability to perform complex analyses, including number manipulation and logical reasoning.
  • Customer-focused approach, with exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, even in high-pressure data entry environments.
  • Basis knowledge of Excel functions and ability to multitask effectively.
