Job Opportunity:

ERP Techno-Functional Expert

We are seeking an experienced ERP consultant to lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Customize and enhance ERP modules based on business requirements using available tools or through coordination with technical developers.
  • Perform data migration, integration, and validation tasks during system transitions.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for functional processes and system usage.
  • Provide ongoing support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance and reliability.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of WMS and technical communication workflow between ERP and WMS.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, and user support.
  • Functional knowledge in modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, or HR.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions with clear communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and ERP platforms.
  • Distribution experience.
  • Prior experience in mid-size to enterprise-level ERP environments.
  • Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus.
