Mid-Level Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to fill a challenging role within our organization's busy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory and transactional work on complex transactions, including general banking and finance projects.
Our clients include major financial institutions, investment banks, and regulators, as well as industry groups and corporations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in project and resources finance, restructuring & insolvency, and other areas of banking and finance law.
You will also work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals.
As a mid-level solicitor, you will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor's degree in law or a related field is required, along with significant experience in banking and finance law.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Regular travel to client sites may be required, as well as occasional overnight stays.
