Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level solicitor with experience in general banking and finance, project and resources finance, and/or restructuring and insolvency.

This role involves challenging and complex legal work, primarily advisory and transactional work on complex transactions and general banking and finance deals.

Our clients include major financial institutions, investment banks, regulators, and industry groups. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Transactional finance experience in a similar environment required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills essential.
  • A strong commitment to client service and relationship management necessary.
  • Ability to develop internal relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Drafting and familiarity with banking and finance documents a must.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
