As a UX Designer at Sustain Recruit, you will be working on an exciting transformational project with a talented team. Your strong UX research skills, user-facing research, and ability to synthesize and present data to stakeholders with low design literacy will be essential in this role.

Some service design is involved, but the focus will be on platform selection, stakeholder engagement, user research, and platform configuration recommendations. You will need to be able to work within the constraints of the platform and be innovative to achieve the desired user experience.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and excellent stakeholder management experience. You will be working on a 6-month contract basis, ideally with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. The role is based in Newcastle, but we are open to Sydney-based candidates who can travel.
