Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to assemble switchboards
  • Build and assemble switchboards of various sizes, ensuring precision and accuracy
  • Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate cables to meet industry standards
  • Conduct testing activities to ensure switchboards meet quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and customer requirements
  • Fit conduits and use hand and power tools for assembly, ensuring efficient and safe working practices

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in assembling electrical switchboards and systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools, including cable management and termination equipment
