About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team at Baynton West Primary School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational direction of our school and ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to ensure high-quality educational outcomes for all students.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and policies that align with the school's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Principal and other leaders to drive school improvement and achieve excellence in education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community to promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's budget and resource allocation plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Principal or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong educational leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teachers and staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of educational policies and procedures, including the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
