  • Encourage residents to participate in scheduled social activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous aged care experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team.
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week.
