About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Northern NSW. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a key role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to local customers through various communication channels, including in-store, phone, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the community team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with Medibank products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community engagement initiatives to promote Medibank's presence and services in the local area.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology to communicate with customers.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
