Hymix is seeking a reliable and conscientious individual with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service team in Southport. We value our people, their personal and professional growth, and readily recognise the contributions they make to our success.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the Agent Team Coordinator and be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. You will handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia, effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products, and deliver a great customer experience.

Requirements:
