Telehealth Care Specialist

As a Telehealth Care Specialist at our organization, you will provide virtual consultations and patient assessments, helping individuals across Australia access quality care from the comfort of their homes.

  • Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
  • Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans
  • Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency
  • Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care
