About the Role

The Iconic is seeking an experienced Assistant Planner to join our Beauty team. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the category manager and line manager by providing accurate analysis and reports. You will identify risks and opportunities, provide suggestions, solutions, or actions, and contribute to department trade meetings by challenging and highlighting risk and/or opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the category manager and line manager by providing accurate analysis and reports.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, provide suggestions, solutions, or actions.
  • Contribute to department trade meetings by challenging and highlighting risk and/or opportunity.
  • Understand key metrics and levers that affect KPIs, such as ASP, margin, etc.
  • Suggest trade actions from managing the WSSI.
Requirements
  • A proactive attitude, always looking to improve processes or bring increased efficiencies to your work.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to adapt your style depending on your audience.
  • A true team player with experience mentoring or training junior team mates.
  • Works well under pressure and able to manage changing priorities in your workload.
