Job Overview

The Product Coordinator role entails cultivating excellence in every child and employee. This position requires a full-time, fixed-term contract for six months.

The Opportunity

This role supports the day-to-day operations of core products and assists in implementing the product manager's strategic roadmap. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure systems are optimized, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide training and support to users of core systems.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Offer Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
  • Work closely with people and culture teams, digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issues or enhancements related to core systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems.
  • Implement best practices for data security and system integrity.
About You
  • Experience with UKG or Dimensions workforce management systems.
  • Understanding of human resource principles and timekeeping systems.
  • Three years' experience in finance or people management.
  • Experience with cloud-based financial/people management systems and technologies.
  • Solution-focused with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and maintains confidentiality.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
