We are seeking a motivated and organized Concrete Production Specialist to oversee the operation of machinery and equipment at our plant.

This role involves operating and monitoring automated systems, managing stock holdings, and conducting regular maintenance inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in concrete plant operations or staff management and logistics coordination, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor automated systems to accurately dispense materials and ensure consistent concrete production.
  • Manage stock holdings and place orders for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of batching machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers via radio to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks as required to support plant operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a current C Class Driver's license (HR License desirable).
  • Have prior experience in concrete plant operations or staff management and logistics coordination.
  • Be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
