Job Overview

A professional Maintenance Planner Scheduler plays a crucial role in developing and monitoring work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilisation of staff.

The ideal candidate will plan work activities using the site computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan work activities using CMMS
  • Determine and monitor resource capacities to develop detailed schedules
  • Prepare documentation required to access systems and equipment requiring maintenance
  • Analyse metric data for potential efficiencies and improvements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organisational goals are realised
  • Ensure CMMS data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner
  • Be flexible and adaptable in approach to completing planning and scheduling objectives
  • Assist in maintaining and creating SAP PM Plans, task lists, strategies
  • Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Certificate in Planning and Scheduling activities
  • Trade qualified

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and scheduling role
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills

EHS Requirements:

  • All personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements
