Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to provide high-quality support to senior leaders within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Meeting Management: Coordinate calendars, book meeting rooms and catering, and prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Travel and Email Support: Arrange travel experiences and manage inboxes with prioritisation and discretion.
  • Onboarding New Starters: Set up new team members with the tools and access they need to hit the ground running.
  • Financial and Procurement Admin: Manage credit card reconciliations, process invoices, and raise purchase orders.
  • People Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate org charts, directories, and assist with reporting across People, Risk, and Finance.
  • General Admin and Co-ordination: Manage supplies, coordinate requests, support health & safety, contribute to risk and compliance efforts, and organise team events, offsites and functions.
  • Team Culture: Be a positive force within the team—supporting collaboration, connection, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive or Administrative Support Professional, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management—you keep things moving even under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you enjoy working with others and building positive relationships.
